Yoga Day Retreat - Thorpe Morieux

Service Description

Come along to our yoga day retreat to release, relax and unwind. The day is fully catered, all you need is to bring yourself, a mat, a blanket and maybe something to sit on and an open mind. The plan looks something like this ... Arrive from 9 am Yoga 9.30-10.30 am Treatments and relaxation time to 11.30 am Optional Yoga walk 11.30-12.15 pm weather dependant Lunch, relaxation and treatments to 2.30 pm Yoga and deep meditation 2.30-3.20 pm followed by tea and cake! One thirty minute treatment included in retreat price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to full charge. If cancellations are made before this and we can reschedule you, you will not be charged.
