Imagine it now, Christmas day has been, the New Year is somewhere around the corner, it might be December 30th, or January 2nd. Have we had Christmas Day again? Is it boxing days boxing day? Is it a Sunday or Tuesday? Who am I and what am I doing eating cheese, foil wrapped chocolate treats and left over roast potatoes for my 'breakfast' which seems to be happening at about 11 am. We have lost all sense of time and we are feeling pretty stuffed like a turkey ourselves. This year - Lets enter 30th December. Would you like to escape? Escape from the craziness of the festive season and just enjoy yoga and meditation. Why not attend all day in Thurston for a full on relaxation session? All classes will be very different.
